The woman accused the music mogul of drugging and raping her multiple times from 2020, with the harassment continuing until July this year.

Rapper Diddy (real name Sean Combs) faced new sexual allegations on September 27 when a woman filed a lawsuit in New York (USA), saying she was repeatedly drugged and rɑ-ped at the music mogul’s home and became pregnant after one of those times.

The AP reported that this is the latest of several lawsuits filed by women against Combs, 54, who was arrested last week on federal sex trafficking charges.

The lawsuit filed against Combs, his companies and several associates seeks undisclosed damages for physical injuries, severe emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety and other harm.

The woman in the latest lawsuit, known as Jane Doe, alleges Combs sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious from drugs, and that he filmed her with acquaintances without her consent.

Doe said she met Combs overseas in the fall of 2020 and that the assaults and harassment continued until July of this year. She was often forced and harassed to travel to Combs’ homes in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami, among other cities, on a monthly basis in 2021 and 2022.

“Each time he visited, Combs would force her to ‘perform’ for him and plied her with alcohol and drugs until she passed out — she would wake up with bruises and injuries but not remember how she got hurt,” the lawsuit states.

During a July 2022 encounter with Combs at his Los Angeles home, the woman alleges she was forced to take medication she believed contained ketamine and passed out. She then took a pregnancy test and told Combs she was pregnant. A Combs employee repeatedly asked her to have an abortion, and she miscarried.

Last July, Combs “ordered” Doe to come to his Miami home, where she alleges the kingpin stuffed two pills into her mouth. The next morning, she felt unwell and confused, unable to remember what had happened the night before, and her bedroom was a mess.

Doe, represented by attorneys Marie Napoli and Joseph Ciaccio, alleges that Combs and his associates monitored her location and conversations, prevented her from working, and gave her an “allowance” — used to control her.

“Powerful figures in the entertainment industry have long exploited aspiring artists and fans,” Napoli said in a statement. “These high-profile lawsuits seek to hold these celebrities accountable, potentially changing industry practices and bringing justice to victims. No one is above the law. Fame and fortune did not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.”

On September 24, another woman sued Combs, alleging the music mogul and his security chief rɑ-ped her, capturing the act on video at his New York recording studio in 2001.

Combs is currently being held without bail in New York on federal charges that include running a vast network that facilitated sex crimes and carried out shocking acts of violence, using extortion and other tactics to protect Combs and those close to him.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. His attorney has said he is innocent and will fight to prove his innocence.

Earlier this month, Combs admitted that he had punched his ex-girlfriend Cassie in a hotel hallway in 2016 and apologized after CNN published video of the attack.

Combs is one of the most prominent music executives, producers and performers in hip-hop, having won three Grammy Awards and worked with artists such as Notorious BIG, Mary J. Blige, Usher, Lil Kim, Faith Evans and 112.

He founded the record label Bad Boy Records in 1993, the influential fashion brand Sean John, a vodka brand, and the television channel Revolt TV.
