The Alpine View is an impressive mountain lodge that offers top-notch comfort and convenience for your next Mt. Baker getaway. The Alpen View has several entertaining spaces, both indoor and outdoor, and sleeps six with two queen bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the reading room. All guests will have an enjoyable, relaxing vacation stay. The cabin has a huge front deck with views of Mt. Shuksan, a spacious great room design for comfortable gathering, an indoor Swedish sauna, a new hot tub and gazebo, an upper floor with vaulted pine ceilings, a private lot bordering the National Forest, a huge kitchen with new appliances, access to all amenities of the Snowline Community, and an automatic whole house generator for power outages.

As you approach this custom log home you will be amazed at the enormous logs that make up the structure. Upon entering the great room, you are met by a cozy sectional sofa, a large dining table, and a large kitchen with new stainless appliances. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher but offers a huge peninsula with lots of counter space and four counter stools. The front of the log house has generous outdoor living space on the sunny deck. The chef in the group will find all the gadgets and tools needed to create delicious meals. There is a 1/2 bath on this level that also houses the washer and dryer, this room is perfect for storing all your ski gear out of the cold. There is a BBQ out on the deck as the kids climb over boulders and play in the woods exploring nature. Tucked behind the amazing log staircase, there is a quiet reading/tv nook with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa.

When you follow the huge log staircase to the upper floor and you are met with a comfortable family room for movie watching, game time, and more. This large room offers a sectional sofa and two plush swivel chairs and has a door leading to the upper deck with beautiful mountain views. Guests will snuggle into two queen bedrooms for a restful sleep. There is a 3/4 bath on this level with a sauna to ease your achy muscles after the mountain. No children under 5 years of age are allowed at the cabin due to stairwell safety.

Snowline is a private gated community that borders the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and is one of the closest communities to the Mt. Baker Ski Area. This community invites guests to enjoy outdoor heated swimming pools (in summer), a clubhouse, trails with access to the Nooksack River, tennis courts, a basketball court, a pickleball court, a playfield, and a children’s playground. The playfield is great for a game of kickball or playing frisbee with the family. The clubhouse is open daily and has a billiards table, ping pong table, air hockey table, a lending library, and free WIFI. Children may enjoy fishing in the stocked trout pond. Along with numerous trails throughout the community, you have direct access to the Nooksack River which borders a portion of the Snowline Community Property.
